Spring Business Consulting was formed by Jenny Haddad to assist people to enhance business performance, build winning business strategies, implement change positively, enhance team work and facilitate impactful workshops and meetings, leading to excellent outcomes.

Jenny’s career has seen her work in a variety of industries, including the energy sector, government, professional services and financial services including internationally with clients in the UK, Europe and Asia.

Before Spring Business Consulting she was the Change and Internal Communications Manager with Aon, the leading global provider of risk management services, human capital consulting, plus insurance and reinsurance brokerage.

Prior to that, Jenny was a Senior Consultant with Andersen Business Consulting, providing change management services to companies in the financial services, energy and investment banking spheres.

She offers clients a wealth of experience in Change Management, Business Planning, strategic development, team building, consultative selling skills, Internal Communication and Facilitation. Jenny and her team of specialists facilitate strategic planning; team improvement and leadership skills sessions, with the aim of bringing about positive change with a sustainable growth focus.
